Cult Design was started in the spring of 2001. Marita Lord is the designer and one of the founders. All design and design takes place in Gothenburg. Marita mostly designs but sometimes she takes the help of any freelance designer. Ceramics is the main material.

The products are made of stoneware, porcelain, terracotta and leather goods. There are a lot of glazes and decorative possibilities to experiment with and that’s what’s so exciting. Ceramics production takes place in China in Guangdong province because the greatest knowledge is available.
